Liked: it was a very nice hotel, and the manager allowed my friend and I to park our motorcycles right out front out of the way.
Disliked: there was no breakfast like most hotels

Short on southern hospitality.

Liked: Good location. Very clean and a good value.
Disliked: Had to hunt and ask where to check in. No southern hospitality, NO smile. The ppl working the desk acted like I was there for them instead of the other way. Ask a person at the bar/checkin where I could get ice for my water bottle (in my hand). I was directed to the 11th. After asking again, because we had vacated the room, the person rolled eyes and grudgingly filled my bottle with ice. Not good service at all!

Great vibes awful room. I feel bad for any that comes out of town and pays for a room here

Disliked: The was beyond disgusting. Im actually concerned for the other guest if my room was as gross as it was. There was hair and dirt near the toilet, crumbs, stains, and hair at the back of bed as well as dirty towels. People shouldnt have to pay a premium for a clean room and definitely shouldnt feel they have to worry about the possibility of pest or bed bugs. I really enjoyed the area, staff and vibe of the hotel but Id sooner sleep in my car than a room at the Moxy.
