Very good hotel with cosy rooms. Didn't enjoy the breakfast experience sitting at the bar beside reception - couldn't get a fork to eat my breakfast. Breakfast is decent though. Would probably eat breakfast next time directly across from the hotel. Great location for the PJ Concert Arena, we walked there and back in snow and ice no problem. Enjoyed my stay at the hotel, its very good.

Disliked: Could do with a separate dining area away from reception.

Decent digs, felt very hipster....

Liked: Everything was great, quiet rooms and comfy beds.
Disliked: The lady at check in barely spoke a word to me, and acted like I’d insulted her when I asked my room number (she handed me the card without telling me the number, and I couldn’t read it). Check out was fantastic, so I can only assume this is an isolated incident.The coffee was basic, a machine would have been more fitting with the style of place.

Liked: Family room with our grand-daughters - very clean, loads of space for everyone to spread out, staff at reception very friendly, two tv's, bonus - so could both watch different things. We would all have liked to stay longer to make better use of the facilities and have a breakfast - unfortunately had to leave early to check in at the airport. Girls had a great time - this is our second short stay - we would definitely love to come back again

Disliked: Upon arrival, we were told we had paid for board only, this was eventually sorted to B&B. The receptionist, doubled as the barmaid, so when reception was busy, the bar had no service. At breakfast, the only hot food available was bacon. Sausage, hash browns, all of this offering was cold. There were no coffee cups, other guests were filling juice glasses with hot tea and coffee, this was a major accident waiting to happen with very hot liquids in glasses with no handles. There were spillages on the floor beside the hot (cold) food that were not cleared up. we ended not having breakfast.
