Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly atmosphere.

Liked: Staff very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Bed very comfortable.

Very good hotel with cosy rooms. Didn't enjoy the breakfast experience sitting at the bar beside reception - couldn't get a fork to eat my breakfast. Breakfast is decent though. Would probably eat breakfast next time directly across from the hotel. Great location for the PJ Concert Arena, we walked there and back in snow and ice no problem. Enjoyed my stay at the hotel, its very good.

Liked: Relaxed feel. Big rooms. Loved having the games downstairs, good fun with a drink from the bar. .
Disliked: We had a cider which tasted a bit sour, didn't tell the staff though. It was late and we wanted to get to bed after a long day.

Liked: Ideally situated, room a decent size, modern, clean and quiet. Nice friendly staff.
Disliked: Gym would benefit from a floor space for general stretching/workouts but otherwise a really nice addition.

Liked: A perfect stay! We had a lovely short break. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's convenient location made an early morning flight stress-free.
