Very good hotel with cosy rooms. Didn't enjoy the breakfast experience sitting at the bar beside reception - couldn't get a fork to eat my breakfast. Breakfast is decent though. Would probably eat breakfast next time directly across from the hotel. Great location for the PJ Concert Arena, we walked there and back in snow and ice no problem. Enjoyed my stay at the hotel, its very good.

Liked: Came just for a weekend away, staff were very welcoming all the staff me or my partner spoke to were lovely room was very clean overall hotel was kept tidy, as someone with additional support needs the hotel was never too busy or loud signs on the lift telling the quieter times was really helpful
Disliked: Wasn’t really much in the gym

Disliked: Asked housing staff for fresh towels and they refused. Found that very strange as we stayed two nights. Duvet cover had rip in but this never affected the comfort of the sheets or bed
