Very good hotel with cosy rooms. Didn't enjoy the breakfast experience sitting at the bar beside reception - couldn't get a fork to eat my breakfast. Breakfast is decent though. Would probably eat breakfast next time directly across from the hotel. Great location for the PJ Concert Arena, we walked there and back in snow and ice no problem. Enjoyed my stay at the hotel, its very good.

Liked: Probably the best hotel staff I have ever come across! Welcoming, helpful, friendly and work effortlessly as a team!! Fantastic place for families, so much to entertain them, food excellent, and our family room was huge and clean!
