Decent place to stay…hip, but...

Liked: Fun atmosphere in the hotel
Disliked: Teenie room for price, no walking space — seems to be how it goes thoughLocation is okay, several blocks from action — not too bad at all when just heading out to eat or stroll, but with bags it’s quite far from the subway.

Disliked: Room cleaning was spotty, very tight accommodations for 2, even in the king room. Need hooks near the sink for towels.

Very good, clean, quiet and...

Liked: My go to when in Williamsburg. The extras are a pro, please don't change this. Your reception team is amazing and super responsive to any request. The manager always on top.
Disliked: All good, please do not take away the 'extras'. The lights in the rooms turn on randomly at night.

Music from rooftop bar could...

Liked: Good location, staff and facilities
Disliked: The upstairs club/bar played music until 3:30am on a Thursday which could be heard in the room (9th floor). Hotel itself is nice but no use if you can't actually sleep.Staff apologised and took 30 dollars off the room but I'd much rather have actually slept. Ruined the next day in NYC too.

Disliked: The pegs. Odd placements. The sink in the room. So wide that toothpaste water stayed and stained it. No fridge. No place. Good for one bight, not three nights.
