Liked: I liked nothing but the location.
Disliked: I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the room did not meet basic expectations: the toilet was broken, the safe could not be opened, and there was no mini fridge or minibar. The baby bed we requested was not in the room when we arrived, and overall the room felt disorganized.When I tried to call the front desk for help, the phone in the room was also broken, forcing me to go down to reception. There, I was met with unprofessional service—I was addressed casually as “bro,” which felt inappropriate and surprising for a Marriott property.On top of that, the breakfast experience was disappointing. There were no muffins available, only canned juice and small bottles of water, which was inadequate and not what I expected from a hotel of this standard.This stay was far below what I have come to expect from Marriott. I hope you take these concerns seriously and take steps to prevent future guests from facing the same issues.

Nice Option in Brooklyn

Liked: The location is very convenient and only one stop on the L train to LES. We thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood and found very reasonable parking within walking distance. Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and the $15 credit at the lobby bar is a nice perk.

Williamsburg and Moxy good match

Liked: New. Vibe upbeat.
Disliked: Too small rooms. No closet. Corridor way too narrow.

Liked: In general we like the breakfast. My training starts early so I missed it. I would like them to have coffee before 7am
Disliked: It would be good if coffee was available at 6:30

Liked: Good vibe in the hotel. Clean and within walking distance of the subway.
Disliked: We were a family staying in two X double bedroom. Room was comfortable but space is tight for a family of four and 4 big suitcases. It wouldn’t put be off staying there again especially for a short stay.

Liked: Great location, very comfy beds, quiet stay
Disliked: We weren’t informed until check out that city tax would cover any non- complimentary breakfast items so we only got these on one or two days when we could have had them daily.
