Superb

Liked: The location was fantastic. Super safe and walkable everywhere. The staff was very friendly and while the rooms were small (NY small) but the beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice.
Disliked: It was very noisy. I would highly recommend bringing earplugs.

Sad the room was bunk...

Amazing stay in williamsburg.

Liked: Amazing hotel - it smells good, looks good, feels good. They serve the best drinks at the bar. Moreover the rooftop had an amazing party. The staff is really helpful and proactive.Superb stay.The location is also great - Bedford Avenue is super close and you can catch the train/tube and be in manhattan in 20-30 minutes.

Disliked: Teenie room for price, no walking space — seems to be how it goes thoughLocation is okay, several blocks from action — not too bad at all when just heading out to eat or stroll, but with bags it’s quite far from the subway.

Disliked: Room cleaning was spotty, very tight accommodations for 2, even in the king room. Need hooks near the sink for towels.

Liked: My go to when in Williamsburg. The extras are a pro, please don't change this. Your reception team is amazing and super responsive to any request. The manager always on top.
Disliked: All good, please do not take away the 'extras'. The lights in the rooms turn on randomly at night.
