Great style and location, but...

Liked: We loved the location—right in the heart of Williamsburg—and the hotel has a fun, modern design throughout. The rooftop is definitely a highlight, with great views and a lively vibe. The front desk staff were also friendly and welcoming.Overall, it’s a stylish hotel in a great area, but a few practical and service-related issues kept it from being a truly comfortable stay and made it underwhelming for the price.
Disliked: We had booked an Executive room, which comes with a bit more space, but it didn’t feel like a worthwhile upgrade. You’re essentially paying more for empty space. There’s very minimal furniture—no extra chair, no surface to place your belongings. We understand it’s part of the brand’s minimalist design, but it does impact the overall experience.The layout wasn’t ideal either, especially with the bathroom not being fully separated. The AC also struggled to keep the room cool during our stay.Another downside: on multiple occasions, we saw housekeepers sitting in the hallway, on the floor, charging phones and watching TikTok videos out loud. It felt very unprofessional and detracted from the overall experience.

Disliked: No place in the room to store suitcases. No place in the shower to hang a towels. Only place to sit is in bed

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, good morning coffee
Disliked: Rooms too small, package system could be improved, you need to ask for the package instead of get them dropped in your room, elevator wait too long mostly during the weekends when the hotel is packed

Liked: Good located, clean, nice view from the room
Disliked: Such a small room, no mini frigide, no table or desk in the room where you can put your stuff on, fire alarm sounded last night at 3:20 AM with no specific reason and the list can go on. Definitely not recommend
