Liked: Large rooms for New York and a few unexpected extras including a light breakfast and a clothes steamer in room Loved the rooftop bar and the industrial decor throughout the hotel

Did not feel the hotel...

Liked: Hotel is a good size Moxy, but unfortunately didnt meet our expectations/value for money.
Disliked: Hotel room had a number of issues when we checked in: toilet seat was broken and on the floor, sink was leaking water all over the floor in the bedroom. When I flagged these items they were partially fixed but remained as a problem throughout my stay.

Nice hotel.fantastuc bed but noisy...

Liked: Room was spotless. Staff did a fantastic job Bed was so comfortable
Disliked: The noise. Staff said “ welcome to New York’! But the noose was mainly from other guests in the hallways and stairwells and near lifts. Sometimes until after 3 am. Staff were generally way more casual and less eager to help than other hotels Other guests would sit in the cafe with their phone on speaker or on a zoom call. Same in the gym. Very annoying The location didn’t work well for us as we needed to navigate the subway for 2 trains in And out of the island everyday. There’s many non accessible stations ( consider that if you have luggage or need an elevator). Area is grungy

Fantastic location, lovely hotel, great...

Liked: Staff were amazing! Friendly, helpful, chatty and nothing was too much trouble! Location is perfect - Bedford Ave is a really interesting street with little grocery shops and lots of eateries. 5-10 minutes to Marcy Avenue subway and 10 mins to Bedford Ave subway!
Disliked: nothing !
