Very beautiful hotel , clean...

Liked: The perfect neighborhood in NY.Wonderful view from The room and nice style.
Disliked: the rooftop bar is closed during the week.also no free water in the room and the toiletries are not of good quality .also the rooms are small, we couldn't keep our suitcases open

We enjoyed our experience at...

Liked: We loved the decor in the lobby and elevator. We loved the view of the city. The staff was great and we enjoyed sitting at the bar at happy hour (would have been even better if the fries were half price at happy hour). We really enjoyed the food at the bar, the burgers, grilled cheese and fries were amazing.Breakfast was good. We liked the cleanliness and location.
Disliked: Communication of services could have been better, either at front desk or tv in room, for example we didn't know what to use for ice or where it was located, we didn't realize the hooks in peg wall pulled out for use or what was happening in the conference room at night. We didn't know about the 'Stash' closet until we were checking out. We appreciated free coffee but 2 out of 3 of us are tea drinkers so it was painful paying $6 per each tea bag/hot water, each morning. One of us went without because price was too 'steep'.

Liked: Excellent concierge service and helpful staff!
Disliked: Room was very small for family of four, even for nyc. We couldn’t fit our stroller through the door easily, there was no table to put things down on or feed the kids, had to put our bags on floor and then it blocked the pathway to beds/bathroom.

Liked: Modern and stylish. Very clean. Close to the subway , only one stop from Manhattan.
Disliked: Breakfast was too basic. The voucher money is per room and not per person, so it wasn’t enough for the 3 of us. It could be easily improved

Great location, clean and quiet...

Liked: The room was very clean, and the location is amazing. The staff were super informative and friendly.However, the toilet and shower room have glass doors, which might feel uncomfortable as they are somewhat see-through.Another thing is that we really wished we could prepare some coffee or tea in the room, but there were no facilities for that.Other than that, it was comfortable, quiet, and clean.
