Would only recommend for rooms...
Disliked: LOCATION IS AWFUL. Our room was streetside where a club is and it was so loud all night I barely slept. This was not disclosed. I would have requested a different room. Moxy needs to sound mask or proof that side. I was very disappointed. No remote in our room. Had to wait sometime to get service. The elevator reeked of weed the whole stay.

AWFUL. I would never recommend...
Liked: The customer service at this hotel is terrible.
Disliked: I was double charged by Moxy Hotel and Booking.com. I called for reimbursement 30-days ago and was promised reimbursement for the overage charges however, I haven't received repayment. I will never use Booking.com or Moxy Hotel again. TERRIBLE! $500.00 for a dirty room with a ladder and paint is frankly unacceptable.

Liked: It?s was a nice hotelAnd room very clean the noise wasn?t unbearable the shower was incredible
Disliked: The hotel phone in your room the front desk didn?t have anything in the room or the front desk did not notify me that there was a 75 cent fee per phone call even local it didn?t state anything about an additional charge for phone use I think that?s crazy ash honestly when you are paying for a room at damn near 500$ plus because parking is 30 a day if you include it with your stay otherwise it?s a flat rate of 15 when you come and go every time
