Liked: the booking was cancelled due to problems at the hotel- we were booked into another hotel but it was not our standard and therefore we had to find other accommodation - the property did try to help us but it wasn’t satisfactory

A great hotel, but …

Liked: Great facilities, very clean, good breakfast
Disliked: Our room 112 was directly above the entrance and there was a lot of noise from people sitting at the tables and chairs outside the reception, well into the early hours of the morning.Also, our room was like a sauna and despite turning the temperature right down, it was still incredibly hot. We could have opened the window but due to the noise outside, it wasn’t possible.So, whilst it’s a good hotel, we had a very uncomfortable night’s sleep

Liked: Great location for Amiens rederie. Comfy bed. Great breakfast at 5am. Lovely staff. Can arrive any time.

Liked: Location was very handy. Rooms were neat and tidy with everything we needed. Great having a nice large bathroom. Water bottle refill station at reception was very welcome.
Disliked: The rooms were very warm with the air system warm.As we booked 2 rooms it would have been good if they were next to each other as we were travelling with children.
