Liked: Good location, close to the tube.
Disliked: Awful lift, the room was in the basement, too dark and was like a labyrinth to get to it.

Disliked: In one of the rooms we booked the air conditioning wasn’t working we did ask for it to be sorted but they misunderstood and turned the heating on

Liked: Thank you for the upgrade on the second night.
Disliked: Upon arrival, we were given a room in the basement. A disaster! There was no mention of such rooms in the accommodation description. After complaining to reception, we were allowed to move on the second day of our stay and even received an upgrade to a larger room, for which we are grateful.

Liked: Location is very good
Disliked: Cooler does not work on hot day, so we can’t sleep well.

Liked: It is very convenient to the tube. There is a nice area to talk with friends. There is plenty of choice for breakfast.
Disliked: The rooms are SO small. The bed was next to the wall on two sides. My end of the bed had a cupboard so I had to climb over his feet (waking him) to get to the bathroom. The shower is tiny. I’m 140 pounds. If you are a large size fitting in the shower will be tough!
