Misrepresentation of the rooms and...

Liked: We liked the location.
Disliked: The room was tiny. The bed was in the corner and I had to crawl across the bed to get in. No for our suitcase or toothbrush or anything. The desk staff was extremely unfriendly. They spoke to anyone, no thanks or can we help.

Liked: Location- lots of cafes/ restaurants nearby.it’s brilliant being so close to Earl’s Court tube station, central- easy to get to all main attractions in London. Easy to get to Heathrow.The reception area is good, nice having a spacious seating area with tea/ coffee and water.Any staff I was in contact with- reception / house keeping were very friendly/ professional.I always appreciate having a kettle/ coffee, in hotel room.Bed was comfortable, modern bathroom. Good that hairdryer supplied/ hand wash etc
Disliked: I stayed in the annex part, everywhere was spotless cleanliness wise, but perhaps some of the carpets could do with being updated.

Liked: Excellent reception service: highly professional

A clean place to rest...

Liked: Location. Centrally located with bus, tube and walking options.
Disliked: Room size. The double bed is pushed against the wall. So someone has to crawl in and out of bed. There is walking space on the 2 remaining sides. The shower room is tiny. There is no shelf or surface to place a toilet bag. The shower cubicle is on the small size also. We did try to change but it appears all double rooms are the same. Breakfast isn’t great. The hotel does provide an area where you can bring food in. Considering the assortment of places to buy food nearby, I would consider this option. Free water, tea and coffee are available. Staff are helpful and pleasant to deal with.
