Liked: The room was perfectly clean and I don't know what reviews on Google were saying about bugs around the pool because of the trees but I had absolutely zero problems with that. The room was beautifully decorated and laid out, the 2 story room experience was wonderful. The people at the front desk were very kind and helpful. I was there on a Tuesday so maybe that's why but it was very quiet and I barely saw anybody else even though I know there were other rooms occupied. Which I loved.The entire experience was perfectly divine!
Disliked: Umm...I suppose the mattress could have been softer? I slept great. Another pod of coffee would have been swell. These aren't even really complaints, honestly. I liked everything.

Liked: Really lovely hotel staff, rooms, cheese and wine at 4pm
Disliked: This may be a palm springs thing but it is right on a busy main road
