It's OK for a short...

Liked: At checkin I could change the room to a more in the backyard located area. Rooms have a nice bath and bed. Terrace was nice and big. Comfortable bed. Space was enough. Hotel just 10 Min. by walk from centre of Plam Springs.
Disliked: Hotel is direct located to a street. Due to this it's not very quiet. On top standard rooms are direct nect to the street with a lot of traffic night + daytime. As I asked for a different room in a quiet area I could change to the backyard side, but at night time the A/C of all rooms were causing a very noisy accoustic allover the hotel. So there was no real recovering sleep possible.Pool was not cleaned up every day. Sunbed was damaged and only a few available on pool area. Brekfast was not nice and appealing, plastic plates and cups, no breakfast room/area with tables and seats. Foyer of the Hotel was used as a breakfast area. A tree at inside area (garden) was loosing kind of fruits on he way to room and due to this the floor was allover dirty. Could be cleaned up daily or avoid due to a simple canopy tent while this period.Allover the Hotel has much more potential when someone would take care of it and do some simple improvements and taking more care of the hotel inside + outside.

Liked: The location is perfect, close to downtown PS yet very quiet. Breakfast could add some more dairy free options

Liked: The proximity to everything is the best part. Pool is small but property is also small and quiet even while being right on a busy street
Disliked: The mattress was so uncomfortable and we could’ve used more towels then what they leave in the bathroom
