Great place to stay, good...

Liked: Great hotel. The happy hour chocolate fountain was good. Beds was comfortable. Location is walking distance to town. Pool & Sauna was very nice
Disliked: No netflix on tv and no hot tub. The pool is not very deep for tall people.

Great property but small room

Liked: Property was great, has a side elevator so you don’t have to walk up the hill which was great. The valet parking wasn’t too expensive. Offered free chocolate hour
Disliked: The in room bar was way too expensive $6 for a small can of coke. The room size was also very small and myself and my partner were struggling to fit two large suitcases in the room

Liked: Sauna & Gym were useful
Disliked: Rooms are very small , couldn’t stay as a family of 3 for more than one night or would feel claustrophobic Indoor swimming pool could be a bit warmer

Relaxing and enjoyable!

Liked: The room was extremely comfortable with plenty of space for a family of three. Was great having separate air conditioning in the lounge area and bedroom. Great view of the city from our room. Liked having the option of waterfall shower too! The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Kids area was nice for under 5s. Breakfasts were yummy and fresh with the food constantly being refreshed and the dinners were delicious.
Disliked: The shower door kept banging into the roof when opening it.
