Liked: I liked the location.The pool was really nice.
Disliked: The staff didn’t greet you when you walked in.I didn’t feel too welcome.The toiletries in the bathroom were not replaced since day one and we were there for 7 days.The amount you pay, breakfast should be included.Could not find water station in lobby, seem to be missing.

Disliked: I contacted the property at 4pm to state our train had broken down an hour into a five hour trip, and we could not tell them what time we would be arriving. They informed me that we would still be charged for a two night stay due to their cancellation policy, I reiterated that we were not cancelling but was there any scope for us to be charged a reduced rate. I was told no. A five hour trip, turned into ten hours and we arrived at the hotel after midnight.

Disliked: Arrived day 2 of a 3 night booking to be told that due to my 'no show' on day 1 my room had been rebooked and the hotel didn't have a room for me in a addition to the carpark being full. Is this legal without notifying the paying customer? Took 45 minutes to find a room, I had to park down the road and walk my luggage to the hotel (parking was paid for by the hotel). Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work.

Very good

Liked: Great location next to Southern Cross Station and city trams. Staff were friendly and helpful, we arrived early to drop off our cases and to our surprise they gave us early check-in to our rooms which was great.
Disliked: The towels were old, rough and two had tattered thread hanging off them and one a bit thread bare.
