Was an ok place to...

Liked: It was in a convenient location.
Disliked: Pretty basic, the buffet breakfast was average.

Good

Liked: Very comfy bed and nice pillows
Disliked: The rooms are not sound proof, was very noisy with people talking in the hallways and noise from the street.

A clean and comfortable room....

Liked: Well situated in downtown Auckland. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: A lot of street noise throughout the night. Is the room double glazed as even our New York hotel room wasn’t that noisy?Only one poor staff member on the front desk on Sunday morning, with everyone wanting to check out at 11am and needing their cars which are parked off site! Sadly she did have to experience a lot of rude behaviour from some guests.

Liked: The location, chocolate hour, free icecream for kids, the staff!
Disliked: I wish all rooms will have a bathtub, then it would be perfect

Liked: Wonderful stay, staff were friendly and the views were amazing.Very comfortable bed, nicely appointed rooms. Restaurant food was fantastic with brilliant efficient staff.Big thanks to the wonderful staff in the morning crew who remembered our coffee orders

Liked: The location was perfect.
Disliked: The internet was the worst. I couldn't imagine that it was one of the top chains of hotels with such an experience. The staff did not even know of any dietary requirements which made it extremely difficult for me to eat there.
