Short and sporty get away

Liked: Amazing facility , cool tennis and sport center, staff which is so accommodating! Thank you. The restaurant is a must visit! The room we were in has been newly renovated
Disliked: A bit of smell in the room through renovation

Liked: We had a wonderful stay here, loved the setting, facilities, sporty vibe and great food.
Disliked: Our teenage kids were disappointed not to have been able to use the gym. Suggest offering an induction session and then a disclaimer for use to be a bit more inclusive.

Liked: hi there the academy facilities were very good and coaching was superb
Disliked: it was extremely disappointing that the pools and spa were not open and we were not told of this ... also the restuarant manager was repeatedly rude .. I own a restaurant myself so I am very aware of this type of stuff and its not ok .. it was made up for by the kindest service by Paul in the restaurant and the lovely other man with black hair and glasses .. but the manager needs to be checked .. I got the impression that the hotel was coming into a new season waking up from the winter and the academy was up and running and alive .. might be an idea to pull both to the same level at all times of year ...

Liked: We had booked a week in the tennis camp for our daughters and we stayed at the resort as was very convenient to be at the same area especially with the very early morning training. Overall great experience, fantastic facilities.
Disliked: All were great.

Liked: Paradise for tennis lovers.Clean, comfortable rooms with balcony
Disliked: SPA area I would call a SPA. There is no inside pool, no sauna, relax area looks not well maintained. Massage room cold and not cozy. Massage itself was good, but I would be very disappointed when I would need to pay their standard prices.For the breakfast every day that same, I could find something for me, but at least one thing I would recommend to change: scrambled eggs should made from eggs and not the powder. This makes a huge difference.
