Not what expected

Disliked: Even though the same room at the same price was available in the Tower, we got the two story building. It isn't very nice. The carpet in the hallway is warped. Keys don't work to open all exterior doors. We had to walk around in the rain to get in. Kids and non-guests were in the pool. Breakfast is not included, as an FYI. There is no microwave in the room. I would never stay in this building again. It was not worth what I was charged.

We will never be back....

Liked: Not much
Disliked: We were catfished by the photos. We were given a room in the motel in the back. The hot tub was dirty with no Jets. No fun. Gatsby restaurant is unprofessional and mediocre at best.

Even though we were disappointed...

Liked: The people who worked there were fabulous.Everyone was polite and professional. The thoroughbred races were exciting and fun.
Disliked: Restaurants closed.Limited food choices.Closed spa.Only one bar in the casino and one at the track. The entire place looked like it needed new investments. It had the look of a dying enterprise.
