Good
Liked: Good airconditioning, nice bed.
Disliked: Very thin walls, heard every step from the room above and every word from the people next to us. Also a bit overpriced for the fact that it's still pretty far to get to the South Rim of Grand Canyon. No ice machine, pretty basic.

Diamond in the Rough
Liked: The staff is great and accommodating ... the rooms are clean ... the beds are great ... and the price is right. This is my #1 choice when I go through Flagstaff!

Would not stay here again.
Liked: Check in lady was nice. The room was clean. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave.
Disliked: The curtains did not cover the window completely. This would potentially allow people to see in. The bed was not comfortable. Very small soaps for shower use. No extra plastic bag for dirty clothes or hangers for the clean ones (there was a closet though). Not the hotels fault but you can hear the train, often.

Liked: I liked the lady that check us in she was sweet and helpful.
Disliked: I just didn?t like that when I request a early check in it approved it but when we got there they told us to wait cause they didn?t have any rooms available and I asked her to call us as soon as there was one open she said she would but never did.
