Wonderful stay and amazing customer...

Liked: Great hotel with fantastic customer service. The best stay of our week-long vacation in Alberta. Super comfy bed and nice room layout. And a very good breakfast included with a lovely setting. 10+
Disliked: The only thing - and I'm really searching for something negative - is the shower door that forces you to get a blast of cold water when reaching way in to turn the water on.

Simply wonderful

Liked: Our family absolutely loves coming here. The staff are amazing, the beds are comfortable and the pool is the best way to end the night.
Disliked: Breakfast is sufficient but we do wish they had a toast option.

Superb

Liked: Good little grab and go breakfast, If you like softer pillows they have them at the front desk or bring your own.

Exceptional

Liked: Best place in sundre, nice little continental breakfast very friendly staff.
Disliked: The pillows are for back sleepers, so make sure to get the pillows available at the front desk. Your neck and shoulder will thank you.

If you need or want...

Liked: Breakfast was subpar, apparently still suffering from COVID-type rules, etc.. After the first morning we went out - plenty of choices - Tim's and A&W and McDonalds, plus sit-down cafes.
Disliked: There were zero dislikes. Great pool and hot tub, both of which were super-clean. Room was great, staff was super. I really enjoyed the stay, despite being an urban person!
