Liked: The location for the 2024 Solar Eclipse perfect! There was a wonderful woman that worked in the gift shop, and Taylor at the bar on Sunday, and the lady on Monday terribly understaffed I felt so bad for both of them and a lot of workers just standing around :-((((((
Disliked: I booked my room one month before the event, I requested ground floor room close to center, my husband suffers terribly with COPD and they had us on the 2nd floor so far from center we struggled for 2 days because of that. Not ALL rooms were booked. Very Very Upsetting for us.

Liked: Location
Disliked: No daily room cleanup, beds, toiletries, vacuuming, etc. Basically showed up when we asked for some fresh towels.
