Would like better food for...
Liked: Views and rooms comfy and clean. Pool. Exercise room.
Dinner was great.
Disliked: The breakfast was awful. Very disappointed. Drinks expensive. The food ordered at the pool was just ok. For an expensive resort you would think the food would be better. And that is quoting my 13 year old daughter.

Wonderful hotel, lovely views. Great...
Liked: The hotel was clean and well maintained.
Disliked: I was quite disappointed that we were charged a 15.00 fee for a rollaway cot, which showed up on our bill. We were not told at the time of the request. It was so uncomfortable, our child ended up sleeping with us. We unfortunately payed for what we believe should have been a complimentary item.

Liked: The view is beautiful. Hotel and grounds gorgeous. Staff was great lots of activities for kids and families.
Disliked: Food was not that good- mushy meatloaf- undercooked chicken wings. Great family atmosphere would have liked some music or entertainment at bar.

Beautiful hotel. So relaxing sitting...
Liked: Very clean. Comfortable room.
Disliked: The bill has consistently been incorrect at the end of each stay. Initial desk clerk told me charges were correct when I questioned them. Luckily a manager was nearby and heard the conversation and removed the extra almost $60 from my bill. Last time it was a few hundred that we needed to contact the hotel about when we got home.

Liked: Beautiful views as you would expect. Really enjoyed sitting on the veranda soaking up the views. Hubby enjoyed a round of golf. Lots going on for kids.
Disliked: The room was cramped and had the most annoying, noisy air conditioning unit fitted in a temporary way. Definitely worth considering an upgrade to avoid this.The restaurant needs help to get service standards up to an acceptable level.

Nice property but the clientele...
Liked: Beautiful property. Great door staff. The outdoor bbq staff was great as well.
Disliked: The food was not good, the server at the harvest grille did not write anything down. He messed up the order. On top of that the food took a long time and I watch people around us with the same problems. Bad service and not great food. Same with room service. Bless the kid for trying but he carried a tray up to the third floor. Do you not have carts for the people? The salad always dry and plate was dirty. The room was a little hot, I understand the age of the hotel. I know it?s hard to get good help but the training process here should be almost impossible to pass. Your standards need to be higher.
