Disliked: The bed was hard as a rock, the air conditioner did not do much to cool the room, the staff was not helpful at all. The booking said the rooms were all ground floor, but we were put on the second floor with no elevator even though we told the staff my husband was recovering from a total knee replacement.

Liked: The location was great and the kids loved the outdoor pool.
Disliked: The shower curtain was terrible, it was so light it would blow into the shower and stick to you while you were trying to bathe. Also, for the laundry, you should have a change machine in there, no one has that many quarters.
