Liked: Absolutely everything surpassed expectations. The gondola service was great as well. Staff were superb. Relaxing, wonderful experience
Disliked: Hot tub could've been a bit warmer

We had a great time...

Liked: Our time at the pool and hot tub was really nice and the service by the staff was great - drinks and food was amazing. Being so close to the gondola and market was a real plus.
Disliked: Keeping the rooms cool during the summer is a little challenging. You need some type of exhaust fan in the ceiling that pushes air out and thus pull air in through the open windows up through the upstairs room. One screen was missing and one was damaged.

Nice place and location, but...

Liked: Wonderful location and a nice pool area. Very clean rooms.
Disliked: Very expensive - we know we pay a lot for the location, but when you are in the room it simply feels like any other good hotel because not very big rooms (quite crowded for 4 people) and only view to the street and hotel entrance. When paying almost 500 dollars pr night you certainly expect more. E.g. bigger rooms, room with a view, breakfast etc.

Disappointing and with multiple surprise...

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Brought a mini frig/freezer to the unit but that made the space smaller. Loved how soft the kitchen towels were.
Disliked: Didn’t like not having access to our vehicle (was discouraging since we brought our e-bikes). Surprised to learn it was valet parking only for a daily fee. The freezer didn’t work in the unit. The place is poorly labeled, not enough signage for rooms- couldn’t even figure out how to get into the building. Swimming pool and hot tub are small compared to the photos. Restaurant doesn’t do room charges. Surprised with the cleaning fee. The lodge is independently owned units- frig was set at 47 degrees! Definitely made in 2001- is outdated. Appliances obviously have lived out there life span. Not too sound proof. Mattress was too soft. Not level floor was a trip hazard (I did trip 2 times). Shall I keep going. A disappointment to say the least.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. We were there for the Wenninger-Maki wedding and the location made it truly memorable!
Disliked: The rooms were a little small, but provided what we needed. The bathroom is TINY and the toilet very LOW.

Liked: Nice location and amenities
Disliked: No AC and loud with windows open. Lots of noise from upstairs guests as well. Pool overcrowded.
