Excellent Hotel
Liked: Upgrade to main building with underground parking. Very spacious 2 bedroom condo suite.
Disliked: Long hall walk to suite.

One night stay wasn't long enough!
Liked: The location was great. The Jackson Gore Resort is beautiful! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Disliked: At the counter during registration, hotel ask me to pay extra fee for resort , but when booking at booking.com there is no such fee. I rejected the request. It's unacceptable to ask for unstated fee. And the address is wrong, when I get the address from booking.com. They told me to another place 'Jackson gore' , what's wrong with this provider?

Liked: Drove 4 hours to find out there was no front desk to check in waited out side for 2and a half hours in the cold before bookings told me they could not get a hold of the owner and would I like a refund!!!
