Mountain Chalet Snowmass

Clean; beautiful views; comfortable lodging; nice staff; good breakfast. I would recommend this place to anyone. Get there early for a parking spot.

Dated accommodation but very convenient...

Liked: Good location if you want to avoid the high cost of Aspen hotels. It’s only a 20-minute drive away. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The accommodation is dated compared to other places in Snowmass, and the aircon system was noisy in operation and disruptive to sleep.

Ultimately, it was an enjoyable...

Liked: Nice neighborhood surroundings. Comfortable. Cozy entrance area. Nice balcony setting. Nice pool area but too early yet for swimming. Very nice staff members.
Disliked: Our shower nozzle seemed to have been broken. Could only get very hot water out of it and knob would come totally off when trying to adjust the temp. But we do understand things happen. I’m sure they will fix it. Breakfast was just okay. Parking was a bit far away-not convenient when you forgot something in your car.

Can't wait to go back!

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic. I particularly loved how there was a rotating menu every day and the staff were so friendly, talking us through the day's meal and really making it feel like a home more than a typical hotel continental breakfast.Ski on/off location was also amazing!

Disliked: The hotel didn’t have hot water for taking a shower ! It was winter time and we couldn’t take shower after a day is skiing , even thought in the other day the hotel didn’t have hot water again ! It’s unacceptable!
