Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was great. Location was really good. Rooms were decorated nicely. Loved the rocking chair in front of the room. Liked the fact that there were snacks all day at the office. Loved the grits.
Disliked: Didn't like being on the 2nd floor. The walkway on the 2nd floor was dangerous. It had inclines and step downs without any warning.

Liked: We love Mountain Breeze! It is always our first choice when travelling to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. We have stayed here for many years. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are always clean and well stocked.
Disliked: Nothing. We love it just like it is.
