Mount View Hotel & Spa

Pleasant stay but not exceptional.

Liked: Great location. Nice pool area. Welcoming, friendly staff. Have stayed several times at hotel many years ago and enjoyed the rooms we had then versus the room we had this stay.
Disliked: The room was very small without hardly any decor. The breakfast was coffee, a tangerine and several slices of breads (e.g., banana bread).

Perfect! We'll be back!

Liked: The breakfast was great! The location was right downtown, could not have been better. My husband loved the pool which is open 24 seven.

Liked: Cute little hotel right in the middle of the town of Calistoga. Felt more like staying in a hallmark movie instead of a chain property. Lovely back area with shady poolside seats.
Disliked: No elevator so had to lug the bags :) but staff offered to help.

Disliked: The first room i was in was very dark and not part of the hotel. I asked to be moved and they were very willing to move me into a room in the hotel. it looked like they were trying to expand the hotel however the new space was dark and not very inviting.
