Liked: Great location! Walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Beds are comfortable and onsite restaurant is amazing!

This is our new favourite...

Liked: We loved the location, right in the heart of downtown Banff. We walked almost everywhere or took the bus which picked up and dropped off steps from the hotel’s front door. The history of the hotel is very interesting. There are cozy places inside to read a book, play board games, and stay cozy.

Banff is absolutely gorgeous!

Liked: The location is perfect. You can walk everywhere! Staff is super friendly and kind.
Disliked: The room I was in needs new mattresses. Both beds were uneven and had major dips in the mattresses.

Disliked: There are two small hot tubs on the roof, one of which was being serviced and you were not allowed in it. This was not told upfront. The second hot tub was too small and only allowed six people in. It was busy. In a minute and 15 minutes each.
