Amazing value for money

Liked: Fridge in the room was a nice addition as it was so hot so we could have cool drinks. Bed was very clean and had a powerful fan which was helpful to cool us in 30 degree heat. Great location for where I needed to be. Overall, amazing value for what I paid!
Disliked: TV was not great. Staff was not at reception when arrived and wasn’t clear how to contact so took some time to check in

Liked: I liked that this place was close to Oxford Brookes, local shops and on the Oxford Tube route. The staff were super friendly. When I came back after a long hot day it was nice to see that they'd put a fan in my room.I love the food in the restaurant downstairs.
Disliked: The toilet seat in my bathroom was a little loose, but the manager had a look at it as soon as I reported it. Apart from that it was all lovely!

Ok but niggling problems

Liked: Situated up in headington which is a long walk from the centre - about 40 minutes. There are buses, though, and headington is quite pleasant with plenty of shops and food. No aircon but a good fan. Pleasant unfussy staff. The room simple but clean enough. And a real bath in the bathroom! Particularly good if you're visiting the hospitals.
Disliked: Problems in the bathroom: the only hook was missing, so nowhere for a towel. The toilet cistern not filling properly so only 3/4 full and flushing poorly. And the switch cord for the shaving light was missing so the mirror light was unusable. Small things that could all be easily fixed if they bothered.
