All employees are friendly and...

Liked: Every single staff member, from greeter to wait staff to dealers, were exceptional. Our room was clean and the view was nice.
Disliked: The tv was not great. No matter what channel we watched, it kept freezing/buffering. I thought it was just our room, but when I talked to the other people we were with, they said the same thing, so it was in every room. The Keurig in the room never gets clean and there is no dark roast kcups.
