Great but Need improvement as...

Liked: Good location. Wrongly charged Minibar and after explaining they did correct. Asked desk clerk for upgrade but said NO. One Room server was arrogant when requested service. Swimming pool needs bottom cleaning can feel and see slippery green algae like patches. Rest all was great.
Disliked: Location. Swimming pool size and temp of water.

We came for a birthday...

Liked: The breakfast was delicious. And hot and fast
Disliked: Some stores have a $5 cc min. So have a little cash just in case.

Liked: The upgraded room was beautiful. The pool was very nice and like that's it's an adult facility.
Disliked: Smoking in casino

Fun trip to celebrate a...

Liked: The staff was was very nice. Lisa at the Valet desk was exceptional in assisting us, she went above and beyond and was so lovely. Bisteca restaurant was fabulous, great food/service. Guy Fieri's was also good, had dinner and breakfast there.
Disliked: Did not like that we could not use the outdoor pool on the day we arrived 5/30/25, as they were "working" on the deck around it. It was the only warm day we had. Did not like that the rooms charge to have a refrigerator. Would be nice to be able to sit outside, no area other then the smoking area. Did not like the smoke in the casino. Not much entertainment as far as music.

Liked: Cleanliness of room. Pleasant staff
Disliked: Expensive!! Expense that we didn't expect because of all the add-ons to the room price. You need to be very clear up front and include all these expenses while booking. Felt like an airline booking. Advertise the price for ticket and then add on all the 'other' expenses.
