Unhappy with my visit

Liked: The property was nice lovely views and spa
Disliked: but the heat of the rooms and not having a fan in the room to where I had to come down and speak to a arrogant member of staff questioning me instead of trying to help, I don’t feel like it’s the correct attitude for one of you’re member of staff to the point the cleaner had to stop what she was doing and find one for me because of laziness off the staff member. Me and my partner have come away less rested and relaxed than we went, for the price I’ve paid for a nice little trip away from my partners birthday had been more of a hindrance than a rest break

Liked: Whilst the Lobby and bar area are very nice along with the grounds.
Disliked: The standard rooms are tired and dusty, bathroom that dust, mold and pealing paint.
