Liked: Everything was wonderful from check in to checkout. Was a little concerned after reading previous reviews but honestly couldn't have been happier.Room beautiful and clean .SPA exceptional. It was my birthday so the balloon and treat bag in the room was very much appreciated. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Many thanks.

Liked: The spa facilities are very nice..parking is very good.lovely views around the hotel.
Disliked: I found the staff to be collectively very stoney faced and unwelcoming,bordering on uninviting and like there is a culture of either job dissatisfaction or low morale.The room was tiny,cramped,far too warm and the bed was rock hard,so much so that it was uncomfortable to turn over in the night.There was no view from the room at all.And the biggest bug bear was that i was only informed after making the booking that use of spa facilities would be an extra cost...not something you expect from a spa hotel.

Liked: lovely hotel, facilities etc.staff were great, very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Barman in champagne bar Friday needs some cocktail schooling but he was friendly.Room was lovely, clean, spacious but bathroom getting tired.
