Excellent!

Liked: Staff at front desk were very professional, friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, super clean, there were lots of towels and it was amazingly quiet for the busy location. Breakfast was great and staff in the cafe were also very pleasant and efficient.

Cozy , comfortable stay at...

Liked: As a Hilton Honors member I was able to check-in via the app, which made for a smooth check-in. The rooms, as described by other travelers are quite small, but perfectly adequate for a short stay. I actually found to room to be very cozy and functional. All the staff were very friendly, from the front desk, breakfast cafe staff and a special mention for the bartender Kenny, he made me feel very welcome and was so fun to talk to. The location was great as well, only a 10min ride from Union Station and the National Mall. I would definitely stay at Motto by Hilton again.

Superb

Liked: The room was quite small and it wasn’t possible to fully open a large suitcase. However, despite the limited space, it was very well-equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The location was excellent — right next to the Chinatown Archway, with a metro station downstairs and about a 15-minute walk to Capitol Hill. The room was also very clean. Overall, a good stay with great value for the location.
Disliked: Parking was available at a garage on another block, about a 5-minute walk away, with a hotel discount rate of $25.95 per night.
