Served our needs for one...

Liked: Staff was great working through difficult technical issues. Rooms were very clean.
Disliked: Ac was not very functional. Bed and pillows were arguably the worst I’ve encountered at a hotel.

Liked: Staff was very friendly, room size and cleaningness, and location.
Disliked: There is a little cafe inside hotel but offered only a few breakfast options. I had to go out and look for a place to get a good breakfast.

Liked: The room was very comfortable and the hotel was in a great location. We hear that the rooftop bar is great and also the Mexican restaurant. Unfortunately, we were there during the Microsoft glitch so whenever we had to leave the room, we needed an escort so we didn’t really get out much to go check those things out, but we hear great location of the hotel was great and the room was awesome. The staff was very nice and helpful.
