Exceptional

Liked: Loved the location making it easy for non-American citizens such as our selfs to get to our pre-booked activities without any problems.
Disliked: There was no hand wash liquid but rather there was hand lotion, which doesnt make sense.

Liked: I really enjoyed the view from the room. The bed was fine. The staff was friendly as well. Overall, it was a well stay, and we really enjoyed it. The staff and the cleaning services were great.
Disliked: The room was really small and it didn't have a closet. The bathroom didn't have a faucet in it. It was out in the room behind the door and it's made it hard to operate in the room with a luggage since the room is small. However, ever I fear with amount paid more service should have been provided, like a closet... haha.

Not what we had booked...

Liked: We had searched for hours to find a hotel in New York with four separate beds, and after finding this hotel and booking early, we thought we had found the perfect place. After a very long and delayed journey from the UK we turned up late at the hotel, only to find out that they had double-booked and let out our room to someone else. The only room they had left was a very small room with two double beds that was not very good for four of us with two teenage children. At 11 pm on the first day of our trip, we had no option but to take the room; the hotel offered us nothing for the mistake and gave us no discount for the smaller room with half the beds.We had a really bad night and left first thing in the morning, be careful if you stay here and turn up early so they don't sell the room you had booked months in advance.
Disliked: Awful room with no help form the staff. No what we had booked.
