Very enjoyable exceeded expectations

Disliked: Door to bathroom offers little privacy which is not ideal in a twin room if u r sharing with a friend.Sound proofing between interconnected rooms was not the best.

Modern hotel in the heart...

Liked: Excellent location , staff attentive, modern design , were at the 36th floor with incredible vistas which gave a good scent of NY, daily linen change, when a technical problem appeared the staff responded instantly and efficiently
Disliked: Room little narrow

Great stay, but the extra...

Liked: It is in a good location to visit New York, and not on a busy street. Very friendly staff. Everything is in the room that you need, including a small (empty) fridge.
Disliked: Elevators are used by hotel staff (cleaning etc) as well, making the wait for the 4 elevators for a big hotel very long. Be aware that the price in 'booking.com' doesn't include the daily extra amount of 'urban destination charge' of 34.42 dollar, making your room more expensive.

Liked: Really nice hotel, reasonably priced given its location
Disliked: Slightly annoying that you're charged money if you return the umbrella after midnight, makes it difficult to be out late if it's raining
