Would stay here again.

Liked: Great location but noisy on weekend nights. Nice room with great view of clock tower and overlooking the goose market sqare, very clean.. Staff helpful and friendly.

Great hotel in a fabulous...

Liked: Great location. Suite was lovely - especially loved the swing chair.
Disliked: Beam in suite 401 was a little low when getting out of bed and some tea in room would have been nice.

Don't stay here, so I...

Liked: Beautiful hotel in the center of a drop-dead gorgeous city center—there was nothing I didn't like. The staff were super friendly, naturally. The room was massive, well-appointed, spotless, and comfortable. I slept well. It was all so affordable, too. I couldn't believe the value.
Disliked: Tbh the only thing I didn't like is that they were booked the next day, so I couldn't extend. Also the staircase is something out of a Tim Burton movie: windy, steep, and utterly terrifying. Fortunately the elevator is right next to it.
