Liked: I really liked the young gentleman who registered us in. He was friendly and helpful, with great customer service skills.
Disliked: The young female working the desk the morning we checked out was cold and rude, and her customer service skills are non-existent. She needs some additional training, or a position that doesn't require interaction with the public.
