A very basic stay

Liked: Very clean, owner very kind and helpful.Bed was very comfortable, room very large.
Disliked: Very basic accomodations, not updated since the 70's. No facial tissues, cups, access to water for tea, coffee maker in office, nothing in the room.No idea how to make the tv work. Shower plumbing leakyLocks on doors not the most securePlugin for bedside light had third prong cut off not safe

Liked: Location was great . Parking great.This motel has a charming ora but WHY do owners not want to put money back into their rooms.
Disliked: Office smelled musky , it was dark and depressing .NO COFFEE POTNO LINER IN ICE BUCKET.NO ICE INICE MACHINE.CLEAN BUT NOT SPARKLING CLEAN, DUST TUB FAUCET CONSTANTLY DRIPPING LEAVING A BIG STAIN BY DRAIN , TUB AND SHOWER NEEDS BE REPLACED AND UPDATED.SINK FAUCED SCREWED UP.ELECTRICAL RECEPTACLES WORN OUT , PLUG FALLS OUT ( FIRE HAZARD ) .NO RECEPTACLES ON NIGHT STAND TO PLUG PHONE IN .NO RECEPTACLES ON BATHROOM COUNTER.POOR LIGHTING.TV SHOULD BE BIGGER , SHE GAVE ME NO PASSWORD FOR WI-FI . THEN WI- SAID “ POOR WI-FI . COULD NOT GET ANYTHING.This place could be such a cute motel if they only took some time for TLCI didn’t even get a shower because the tub looked raunchy.This motel has so much potential but it’s just because people do not want to put any money back into the property.Next time I’ll get a different motel even if it cost a few more dollarsPeople on second floor made a lot of noise. I thought they were up to bowling.

Excellent location if you are...

Liked: The location is great, it is with in walking distance of the central business district. It has it's own large parking lot so we could park the car and just walk everywhere. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom could use a little attention. It was clean but dated. I liked the ceramic tile on the walls and the mid century vanity but the shower & tub could use some work. There were no cups or coffee maker, I bring this up because on Sunday everything was closed and there was no place to get a cup of coffee in town.
