Liked: It was very private, didn’t really see any other people who was staying and did see the owners very much either.
Disliked: Hairdryer didn’t work, could hear a lot through the walls, was clean but did realise a bed bug problem!!

Disliked: I was booked in for a week,after the 1st day I was covered in bites,the second day I had huge swollen bites on my fingers,arms,shoulder and back.I immediately moved out of there.After seeking medical advice they said it was bed bugs.Absolutely disgusting place.

Hotel from hell

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Very noisy people in the room above. Moving and dropping heavy objects all night long. All that racket kept me awake during that night.Unconcerned, non resident,manager couldn't be bothered to rectify the issue.His unacceptable attitude " This hotel is not soundproofed. Not happy? Go. We're not stopping you." was in bad taste.Need I say more.I left the hotel. I will never, in future,go anywhere near Motel Schmotel,let alone stay there again.Miserable hotel.

Disliked: The toilet wasn’t good and bedsheet were not changed

Disliked: The front door and signage were poor . Check in was not clear.

Liked: Very modern and up to date hotel. Very clean. Decent bathrooms. Love the key fobs helps when you have had a drink haha. Hotel is in perfect spot for brighton. Car park to right NCP car park. Very useful spot with high street two roads up from hotel

Disliked: I’m not surprised I’m first time I had looking from at the Booking.com online on my phone and I have a booked a hotel room and when I’m was arriving in at place so I’m was shocked that look was very bad and rough is sad place ‘ nothing there anything hotel welcome service or I’m was been was struggling I’m are a deaf woman try ask someone my friend get calling speak to this place the hotel a service and I can’t find anything a clear service in a room so nasty and not there a restaurant or bars in the hotel unfortunately!!!!!’ I never had come here again anymore!!!’ I’m next time a used years I’m go stay a rich the luxury hotel ‘ better then this place’

Liked: The location is very central — just a short walk to the seafront, the i360 tower, and nearby supermarkets, pubs, and cafés. There’s also a beautiful park next door which was a lovely bonus. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’d definitely consider staying here again.
