Liked: Plenty of space in the room.
Disliked: There was no tea and coffee and a kettle in the room.

My experience.

Liked: I didn't like the look of the hotel to begin with but it was comfortable. The beds was comfortable and the sheets was clean. The bathroom was really good, good shower, very hot water lovely. I did enjoy the breakfast very much. It is a nice little place for short stays.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that the blinds on the windows didn't work and there was no net curtains. The neighbours opposite us could have got a real eyeful. I did not like the fact that the television was in German even the subtitles was in German. I didn't like the face that there was no kettle in the room or mini bar or an iron or iron board we had the use of one for a deposit which was refundable. I didn't like the hallway carpets they was worn and dirty looking and need to be replaced.

It was OK but I...

Liked: Cost was about half of what I would have paid at the conference hotel. Smooth check in, no issues with the room. Wifi was adequate. It was warm and the room had no A/C but the large windows kept it comfortable enough.
Disliked: 1. Street noise was pretty bad on the first floor facing the street. It was warm weather so not possible to close the windows. I would suggest filling rooms on the side of the building away from the street first, then the upper levels on the street side (higher up is less noisy). I was on 1st floor and also directly over the entrance and people hung out just below my window talking and smoking. 2. Only one electrical outlet and it was not near the bed. Many guests now have CPAP machines that need to be near the head of the bed, and also like to charge their phone overnight, but need it near the bed to use as an alarm.

COCKROACHES !!!

Liked: NOTHING : There were many COCKROACHES in the room. One cockroaches walked on me on the bed and then I realised there were other ones on walls and furnitures.This is not what I was expecting when I booked the room on booking.com. In fact, the motel seems very clean on the pictures. It was really inconfortable for me to stay in such conditions and extremely disgusting to have cockroaches on me and around me.I informed your staff about this problem and I have shown them cockroaches.I did not get any answer from the motel, NO APOLOGIZE, NO COMMERCIAL GESTURE.
