Fine hotel, but not great

Liked: The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: There was no coffee machine in the room and the breakfast was fine, but not great.

Liked: The location is perfect if you are coming to Wiesbaden by train.
Disliked: The personal should be trained better, it took good 15min to be checked in.Plus, I had no hot water in my room, after bringing this issue to the administration got no offer to get another room, no apologies.

Liked: The room I stayed in was quite and had a nice view of the train station. All staff were friendly and willing to assist. The staff spoke English as well.
