Very good

Liked: Our room was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. We had a morning flight so being able to just walk to the terminal was excellent. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly

Liked: Excellent the position of the hotel opposite the central train station. And Vienna is a great city , in everything.

Liked: Saurav the receptionist was excellent
Disliked: No drinking water bottle provided...no water boiling jug..tea coffee powder..the very basics which are available in most hotels

Great stay

Liked: The young guy at reception was so helpful with helping with bags and giving us a disabled room as I had broken my foot and ankle and had very limited mobility. He is an asset to the team. Great accessible room with plenty of space to manoeuvre.
Disliked: Long queue at check out with not enough staff so I had to ask a guest to help get my bag as I couldn't walk.
