Great stay and lovely staff

Liked: Good location, super friendly staff, good size rooms with lots of natural light.
Disliked: A small feedback was that the rooms were really warm despite heating not being turned on. We slept with the window open but the noise was quite loud on the street.

35 hours in Prague

Liked: All of the staff were incredible. So polite and accommodating. Check in and check out was smooth and efficient. There was a young gentleman who wore glasses (I didn't get his name, sincere error by me) he was so inviting and wonderful to talk to. I hope his efforts in customer service are praised because he truly was a star!
Disliked: As much as I think the hotel was clean, comfortable,accommodating, and in a great location. The only negative (as a tea drinker) was there was no tea/coffee facilities in the room. All things considered, this wouldn't put me off to stay again, there's drink facilities at the bar or the Starbucks is just up the road from the hotel. Plenty of other places close by to get a hot drink too. I would say it's more of a convenience and preference for me to have tea/coffee facilities in the room but not a negative and didn't impact my stay.

Disliked: We were given a room on the first floor which was directly across from an office building, the windows were not tinted in the room and there was no blind/screen for privacy so we had to keep the curtain closed at all times, the air conditioning didn’t work either and air couldn’t get it from the window which meant the room was uncomfortably hot, we found it very hard to sleep at night.

Liked: Location and decor in lobby was good. Hotel bar had a good selection.
Disliked: Lack of facilities in room like safe, fridge and tea/coffee. Room was cleaned but with change of towels for 1 despite being a 2 person room. Did get very hot in room and could not open window. Bed cover did cover width of bed.
