Value for money, exceptional staff,...

Liked: Staff, cleanliness, loved the bar!
Disliked: A clear signpost from the station would be helpful for outsiders to find their way (I had to go to cloud 1 for diections), its not as close to the station as the site will have you believe. Also, mattress was a bit hard.
