Carol, Manchester, visiting Opera House Manchester Sat, 4 November 2023
We stay whenever we visit either the Palace Theatre or the Opera House. Also close to Arndale Centre for Shopping and places to eat.
Liked: The ambiance and staff; our bedroom was so comfortable and very quiet.
Disliked: Couldn't find anything to fault.

Great location, value for money.
Liked: Fantastic location for a stay in the city. Welcoming, helpful staff. The room was small but had everything we needed. Clean, modern feel.

Pleasant stay
Liked: clean hotel, great air con, close to shops
Disliked: Parking cost £20, and paid for a queen size room but was shocked at how small the room was ! Could of got bigger room at a premier in for half the price

Overall a great stay.. would...
Liked: The location was superb! 2 minute walk from shops and bars. Room was ideal for us!
Disliked: Access to parking and price of parking. We had to ring twice to find out where to park as the first time we were told to look ourselves because she didn’t know where we could park other than the basement which cost £25 for less than 24 hours. And then once you’re passed the basement parking (which isn’t labelled) it’s a 15 minute drive back to the hotel
