OK but not spectacular

Liked: Location near Manchester Piccadilly was excellent. The hotel was spotless. The staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Continental breakfast. Very uncomfortable pillows, either rock hard or too soft. I don't think the electric was at 240v as it took forever to charge a mobile phone. The wi-fi, while free was patchy in terms of coverage within the hotel.

Disliked: Nothing, although we didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.

Disliked: on arrival my booking couldnt be found resulting in me taking over an hour to get into my room. by time i checked in food sources were limited at best .also thin the addition of a draught lager or two at the bar would be a good idea

Liked: Nice comfy room really close to train station. Good continental breakfast.
Disliked: Paper cups in room. I prefer a china mug also more sustainable this is my only gripe with the room!
