Motel One Manchester-Royal Exchange

We stay whenever we visit either the Palace Theatre or the Opera House. Also close to Arndale Centre for Shopping and places to eat.

Liked: The ambiance and staff; our bedroom was so comfortable and very quiet.
Disliked: Couldn't find anything to fault.

The perfect location when visiting...

Liked: The hotel was in the perfect location central to Manchester! It was within walking distance of everywhere! It was so comfortable and cosy! The bar in the hotel is gorgeous. On top of everything the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful.

Liked: Super friendly staff. Been there for the oasis concert and they even gave away hats for their guests, such a nice gesture.

Disliked: One if the staff members was so rude to me . I booked a city view room and when we got to the Room it was floor 2 and a big window facing a few shops across the road with trams up and down . I went back to the reception to question the room to have the staff member be so rude to me !!! Her reply ' did you want a beach view' How patronising and rude !!! I didn't chose to stay there to be spoken to like that . I will not stay here again and what a bad experience to the start of our night was !!! :( She massively let the hotel down
