We stay whenever we visit either the Palace Theatre or the Opera House. Also close to Arndale Centre for Shopping and places to eat.

Pleasant

Liked: Ac was greatStaff were lovely Blackout curtains Great lighting
Disliked: Windows didn't open, glass on the other side so what was the point of having windows that opened out into the room? Blood on the toilet roll that we had to change out Shower was slow draining The room was exceptionally small, bearly any space to move between the bed and the bathroom

Very good

Disliked: I thought it was expensive for what the room was but it was for an event when all prices jump up for the night so would need to look at the price for a normal regular night

Passable

Disliked: The city view sounds like a scan. It was not a view of the city but just one street. Because building facing the window is taller than hotel so you don't get any view.

So much potential, but let...

Liked: The locationThe bathroomOnsite parkingChoice of pillows Best thing was the location, central to everywhere . So much potential.
Disliked: Room far too hot. Air con but you can't turn temp below 19°Sheets didn't feel nice, so sweaty felt like I was sleeping in plastic. Worst nights sleep in a hotel and we are well traveled.Too long to check in, seemingly inexperienced staff, felt awful for the guy, but he asked me to check in, then let me in to the car park then I queued again for further 20.min to complete check in and get tour room keyLift played up. Door repeatedly opened and closed before fully setting off. Middle one every time without failOnly one window openedPaper cups for drinks, prefer a real cup, rather than single use., saving.money by making sure I could only have one drinkNo bin in room, one in bath had no linerPoor lighting in dressing area .would have liked mirror on desk for natural light or light above mirror in dressing areaI booked a king room with bigger bed... I didn't feel that this bed was bigger than standard .
