We stay whenever we visit either the Palace Theatre or the Opera House. Also close to Arndale Centre for Shopping and places to eat.

Liked: The ambiance and staff; our bedroom was so comfortable and very quiet.
Disliked: Couldn't find anything to fault.

Value for money

Liked: Modern and clean I paid for a superior room but didn’t notice anything that would make it superior
Disliked: It was warm so I opened the window, it was very noisy due to work men close by

It's ok for a short...

Liked: The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming, helping us by changing to a bigger room as we were there for a week. Very convenient location.
Disliked: I didn't like that our room wasn't cleaned very often (only twice in the time of sunday-friday) It would have been nice to have fresh towels and restock our tea coffee etc and clean areas like the bathroom.

Amazing staff and unreal quality...

Liked: Great location, staff were amazing and so helpful.
Disliked: WiFi was patchy. Walls need a lock of paint. It was a bit cold at night and no extra blankets. Shower pressure was not very good.
