A comfortable and wonderful location...

Liked: We loved our stay at Motel One Madrid. The staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious and the location was perfect. We would stay here again!
Disliked: My only qualm was that the in-room facilities were lacking, like a reusable glass or mug for drinking. There were reusable cups which were fine but not replaced often - but the staff at the bar downstairs were more than happy to provide glasses upon request.

Liked: Location is very good and the hotel is nice. We liked beds and air conditioner worked good.
Disliked: First of all, the breakfast they offer for 15 euros is awful. It might be acceptable for, I don’t know, 7 euros? They used the cheapest ingredients. You can get a much better breakfast at any nearby café for the same price.The carpet in the hallways smells.Also, the shower hook was broken.

Liked: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Motel One Madrid, and from the moment I arrived, it was clear this was going to be more than just an average hotel experience. Every detail, from the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless rooms exceeded my expectations. Centrally located, the hotel made it easy to explore the best of Madrid. Major attractions, shops, and restaurants were all within walking distance or a short ride away.

Motel one Madrid

Liked: Really nice hotel, very central, a few minutes walk from the plaza de España. Lovely staff and very quiet room as we were at the back of the hotel. Room was comfortable and clean,had really good sleep. Bar was really nice and relaxing. Didn’t have breakfast as there are loads of bars and cafes around the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing apart from the Breakfast being expensive at €14. We decided not to have it. Cheaper to eat outside in the cafes and bars.
